A book titled ” A Glimpse into the forgotten Dynasties of a bygone era that thrived in India” by the Principal of Canara Evening college, Anila Kamath was released yesterday by Sri Basti Purushottam Shenoy, Governing Body Member, CHSA, Mangalore. Sri C A Vaman Kamath, Correspondent Canara Evening College, Mangalore was present on the occassion. The book release was part of the function at the Valedictory of Can Sandhyotsava, a P U level Intercollegiate fest organised by Canara Evening College on 25 October 2025.

Proud CS Final and CS Executive Achievers, June 2025

Aachal, former student of Canara Evening College who passed out this year, cleared his CS Professional Group 2 exam conducted in the month of June 2025. We congratulate him.

Achintya, a former student of Canara Evening college who passed out in 2024 has cleared his CS , Company Secretary course the exams of which were conducted in the month of June 2025. He had attempted both the groups of CS Professional exams and cleared them at one go. Congratulations to him.

Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy in association with Maand Sobhann , Mangaluru had organised inter collegiate competitions at Kalangann, Shakti Nagar today to celebrate Konkani Manyatha Day and Ms. Panchami of first year BCom of Canara Evening college bagged the second prize in the Best MC catagory.

Manavi CP and Manvi Shenoy of 2nd year have won the 3rd prize in the Rangoli competition held at Canara College today in connection with the College day celebrations of this year.

Mrs. Usha Nayak recieved the First Rank in MBA program at the 19th Annual Convocation Ceremony at KSOU, Mysuru on March 03, 2024 from the Honerable Governor of Karnataka. She also received a cash Prize of Rs. 4,392 and Rs. 1,145 for being the highest scorer in MBA program and the highest scorer in Marketing Specialisation.
