Students pursue B.Com degree at Canara Evening College. The 4 hours that the students spend at the college for 6 days a week, from 4.30 PM to 8.20 PM, are not restricted to only attending classes religiously. We encourage extra-curricular activity as well so that the students are not burned out from long sessions.

Learning is a Celebration
At Canara, students are given opportunities to express themselves creatively in every possible way, be it by writing poems and articles/ stories, by exhibiting their talent in photography, painting/sketching, singing/dancing or craft work. Most of the students involve themselves by making use of the opportunities provided.

Our institution encourages celebration of life in the form of festivals, events, competitions etc. We aim to provide the most memorable experiences for our students, not merely educate them on the subject matter.

Our Library is dedicated for not just helping students learn and research, but also serves as a space of intellectual discourse. It is equipped with 769 books presently, and more books are added each year.

The cafeteria takes great pride in serving hygienic snacks and beverages at affordable rates. Students have a break of 15 minutes from 5.55 pm to 6.10 pm which they can use to provide themselves with some refreshments.

At Canara, every student has access to modern technologies including a cutting-edge computer lab with high-speed internet access.

An air-conditioned seminar hall with a seating capacity of 150 which also has overhead projector facilities for conducting orientation programs and other inspiring events.
