She is serving as an Assistant Professor in Department of Commerce, Canara Evening College Mangaluru since 2014. She has completed her post graduation M.com in finance from Mangalore University, Mangalagangothri and Graduation B.Com from Canara College Mangaluru. She has two years of Industry experience.
She is currently serving as Treasurer of Mangalore University Commerce Teachers Association (MUCTA), She is a Faculty coordinator of MOOCs Swayam of Canara Evening College as well as Canara College Mangaluru and is also serving as Youth Red Cross Program Officer of Canara College Managaluru from past two years.
She has presented papers in various National and International conferences organised by premier Institutes.
She is also working in Canara College Mangaluru since 2008 and has 13 years of Teaching experience.

Participated and presented a research paper on “Role of Banks in empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Small and Micro Enterprises- with reference To Mangalore City” in the National Conference on Innovative Banking In Digital Era held at Poornaprajna College & Post Graduate Centre, Udupi in association with Karnataka Bank, Mangalore, Poornaprajna Centre for Research and development- PIM and Mangalore University Commerce Teachers’ association on April 10, 2019.
